ChessTricks is a chess position analyzer tool that emphasizes on finding the ‘Trick’ move. A Trick is a move that is usually not the best move, but if the opponent can’t find the only reply (refutation), it will result to an even better position than the best move.
ChessTricks can help you find those tricky traps and novelties.
Since version 6.0, ChessTricks also shows various ideas in the position, including positional plans and possible continuations.
You can analyze unknown positions and look for likely piece manoeuvres or see which squares, specific pieces are best posted on within a system.
ChessTricks is portable and 100% freeware. Feel free to redistribute it as you wish.

Hi,
I really do like your chess Gui. It is very useful and cool.
Could you please add the pgn support to the GUI ( to be able to open a pgn file with game list, then chose the game you want to analyze or just a particular move in that game)

Hi, adding PGN support has been on top of my ToDo list for a while now.
Unfortunately I wasn’t able to work on my projects. I’m finally recovering from coronavirus, I have been very sick for about two month. Hopefully I will start working on this again soon.
